Tokopedia: Snackship
-
Problem
Indonesians abroad miss foods from home, especially during major holidays like Eid-al Fitr. Unfortunately, shipping from Indonesia is slow and expensive.
-
Insight
Travelling Indonesians with extra room in their suitcase usually sell that space to others that want to send food or care packages to loved ones abroad.
-
Idea
Bring all that extra room in all those suitcases into one easily-accessed platform.
Tokopedia new app, Snackship, makes shipping between Indonesia and abroad easier. In the app, the Snackshippers can post the free space in their suitcase and list their destination. The ones that want to send snacks and items abroad can easily buy them on Tokopedia, and have them delivered right to the suitcase of the Snackshippers. They can also directly contact the Snackshippers on the app.
The best way to send snacks abroad.
Out of Homes
Prints written in Indonesian, featured in different busy airports; a little fun inside joke and secret language for the Indonesian audience.
New York
Missing pineapple cookies from Le Gourmet.
Haha. Surprised, huh? How can there be an ad in Indonesian?
No one understands this writing, only you.
